5 April 2004	HIPAA Processing Center and Consulting Services added to the fold. With the resources now available, JP Dunn has expanded their capabilities with a host of options for HIPAA Compliance including Document Processing and Documentation Review.
1 November 2003	Susan Johnson, RHIT, is elected to the Board of Directors. Susan brings a depth to the organization that is unrivaled in the Medial Records Processing Community. With her 20 plus years experience in the Medical Records Community including being Keynote Speaker all over the Midwest on such topics as Security and Automation, we are very proud to have her on board.
